Coaching and wellbeing scope

C.R.E.S.T.E.D Life provides coaching and wellness support. We are not licensed medical or mental-health providers. Our services and website content are not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Consultation requests

The introductory conversation described on the site is complimentary, lasts about 30 minutes, and carries no obligation to purchase services. Preparing an email draft does not send a request or reserve a time. Send the draft from your email application and wait for us to confirm an appointment. If you book through an external calendar, follow its booking instructions and confirmation.

Meeting format and availability will be confirmed when arranging your consultation. Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment.

Paid services

The website does not take payments or sell coaching packages online. Any paid engagement, including its scope, fees, cancellation terms, and other conditions, will be set out in a separate agreement before you commit. No particular personal, health, or business outcome is guaranteed.
